Below is a complete list of sponsorship opportunities for the 2008 Industry Forum.  Sponsorships range in price from $0-$5,000.  There is something for every size company.  Review the list below and then click on the "Yes I Want To Sponsor" link at the bottom of the page!

Gold Sponsor - $5,000

  • Logo Banner at Registration

  • Exclusive Sponsorship of Sunday Welcome Reception or Monday Literature Display Reception

  • Exclusive Sponsorship of one Education General Session

  • Complimentary Literature Display Table

Exclusive Sponsor - $2,000 - SEVEN EVENTS REMAINING
Sponsorship of one event during the meeting

Golf Tournament Sponsor - $1,500
Please Note:  Other companies can sponsor golf holes, favors and prizes.  Sponsorship of the tournament includes a banner, logo on score cards and signs and all other sponsorship listings as noted below.

Co – Sponsor - $750
Events can be co-sponsored by up to 3 companies

Session Sponsor - $300 - FOUR SESSIONS REMAINING
Choice of one General or Concurrent Breakout sessions on program

Meeting Badges - $250 - SOLD OUT
Full color logo to be placed on the back of meeting badge

Meeting Book Advertising - $150

  • Rep Line Cards - 1 full color page – Front and Back or $100 if supply of Line Cards is provided

  • Inside front cover, full color ad - SOLD OUT

  • Inside back cover, full color ad - SOLD OUT

Registration Kit Sponsored Promotional Items – Price to be determined based on selection
Items could include:  nametag lanyards, journals, portfolios, pens, tote bags, back packs etc.

Please note:  A member company can donate any of the above items with no sponsorship fee.  Donating company will be listed as a “Supporting Sponsor.”   

Sponsor Prize Giveaways - $50-250
Golf tournament prizes or prizes for drawings 

Please note:  Prizes should be valued at $50-250. A company can donate prizes (i.e. portable DVD players, MP3 players, IPod, PDA’s etc) with no sponsorship fee.   The company will be listed as a “Supporting Sponsor.”

Center Pieces (Monday Dinner approximately 13-15 tables ) - SOLD OUT

  • Non Floral center piece $10 and up / per table

  • Floral centerpiece $32 and up / per table

Wine at Monday Dinner – Price determined by selection
Red and White Selection for each table with a tentcard “Wine Compliments of ...” & Company Logo

Hole at Golf Tournament - $100 - 15 REMAINING
Choice of 1 of 18 holes – Full color logo on tee box marker

Golf Tournament Favors – Price determined by selection
Items could include:  Golf balls, tees, ball markers, towels, bag tags

Please note:  A member company can donate any of the above items with no sponsorship fee. Donating company will be listed as a “Tournament Sponsor."

All Sponsors will receive:

  • Company logo on MCAA website

  • Company logo on ALL meeting promotions from November 07 – May 08  (7 months of advertising)

  • Link to sponsor’s website on the online meeting program and in all electronic publications and advertisements 

  • Logo included on Sponsorship Sign in common area of meeting as well as in attendee meeting book
    Individual sign for sponsored event

  • Educational session sponsors will have a sponsorship sign on the podium viewable by attendees throughout the sessions in addition to their sponsorship sign at the event

  • Listing in materials distributed to attendees during the event

  • Recognition during Opening Session Announcements
