Rooms will be guaranteed for late arrival by MCAA.  ALL ROOMS MUST BE RESERVED THROUGH MCAA, DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL DIRECTLY. In order to avoid possible charges from the hotel, please communicate any changes in arrival or departure directly to MCAA as they occur. Changes to arrival or departure dates not made in advance could result in hotel charges.  Any hotel changes made after Friday, May 16, 2008 should be communicated directly to The Buttes Resort, 602-225-9000. Rooms reserved but not cancelled 72 hours in advance may incur a penalty of one night's room rate.  The hotel charges ARE NOT included in your meeting registration fee and will be payable to the hotel at check-out. We will make reservations on a first-come, first-served basis. MCAA can request non-smoking and king-size beds but cannot guarantee them based on availability. Rooms must be reserved by April 16, 2008 to ensure availability. Room Rate - $159 single or double occupancy $180 ($178.19 including taxes) per day.  Your Room rate does NOT include meals, however, MCAA meal functions will include reception on Sunday, Continental Breakfast, Lunch, Reception and Dinner on Monday and Continental Breakfast on Tuesday.  Those attending the Product Approval Process Summit on Tuesday will also have lunch.
