Please use this form to register to play in our
Captain's Choice Tournament. Four-person teams will be set
based on handicap. Prizes for first and second place, longest
drive and closest to the pin.
Fees for golf include greens fees, cart, range balls, lunch and prizes. Upon submission, your registration will be sent to MCAA. Within 24-48
hours (or the next business day), you will receive a confirmation of your
registration(s) together with an invoice which you can use to pay any
applicable fees by company check as well as a link to our store where you
can process payment by credit card. No payment is due until processed
by MCAA. All registration fees are due and payable in advance of the
meeting.
Transportation to the course is not included. When our
field is set and pairings made we will arrangement for appropriate
transportation either with shared rental cars or cabs.
