Published by MCAA in 2010, this report was based on the Census Bureau's 2007 Economic Census. We have consolidated the publicly available data relative to the process industries only. The report covers the industries that MCAA tracks in its Industry Group Report. You can request Excel spreadsheets of the data if you wish to place your own breakdowns against the government data and make comparisons. The data shown is for shipments of finished products of user industries located in a state with employer and nonemployer companies. The report DOES NOT show purchases of process controls so it cannot show the potential VALUE or business in a state, only the relativity of potential as to volume of output and numbers of locations.
