Wireless Field Units: Several versions are available including Temperature, Pressure, Acoustic and Multi-input. Each unit consists of integrated sensor, proprietary RF and power modules plus an integrated display showing the process variable data, history and network diagnostics such as signal strength, battery life and communications errors. Operating at the 900-928MHz frequency band, field units are FM Approved for Use in Hazardous (Classified) Locations.
Base Radio: Each Base Radio Unit communicates with up to 50 field units, and provides various output options including RS-485, RS-232, and Modbus. Also connects and controls DINrail I/O modules with 4 analog outputs and 8 switched outputs.
Wireless Instrumentation Manager: Software that runs on customers' PC server to manage the wireless network and provide real-time monitoring, configuration management and reporting. Communications on RS232, RS485, Modbus, and Ethernet.
