Michael Gerster, Director-at-Large
Michael
Gerster is President of WIKA Instrument Corporation headquartered at
the company's 210,000 square foot facility in Lawrenceville, GA.
Michael originates from Cologne, Germany where he received a degree
in Mechanical Engineering for tooling machines from the University
of Cologne and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from
Siegen University. He had 20 years background in the gas valve
industry in Germany, Luxembourg, and France before joining WIKA in
1998.
His spare time is focused on
spending time with family. He enjoys travel and outdoors
activities with his wife, Lynne, and four children ages 16-24.
Michael was elected to the MCAA Board in May 2008.
