Gary Cavey, Director-at-Large

Gary Cavey has been President and CEO of MAC Equipment, Inc. for the past 9 years.  Previously, Gary was with Valmont Industries of Nebraska, where he was President and COO of the Industrial Product Division which has manufacturing plants and operations around the world.

Gary graduated from the University of Nebraska, has a Senior Management degree from MIT, and also attended the Graduate Schools of Business at the University of Georgia and University of Michigan. He previously served on the College World Series Board of Directors for 5 years.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Clyde Process Solutions plc, McCain Traffic Equipment Company as well as MCAA, to which he was elected in May 2005. 

Gary has been married to Sharon for 32 years.  They have two grown sons; Scott is married and is a financial planner in Omaha.  Keith is an on-air meteorologist for a television station in Waco, Texas.  Gary has a 125-pound Newfoundland Lancier named Cali.  He enjoys golfing, fishing and country music.
