Jim Bolin,
Director-at-Large

Jim Bolin joined Pepperl+Fuchs as the National Sales Manager for the Process
Automation Division in 1997. Prior to P+F, Jim spent 18 years
working for manufacturer’s representatives in various capacities.
In his role as
National Sales Manager for Pepperl+Fuchs, Inc., Jim was responsible
for establishing the Process Automation sales channel. He was
promoted to Vice President in 2000 and to Chief Operating Officer in
2005. Jim’s current responsibilities include all of the Process
Automation Division’s activities in Northern South America, Latin
America, the United States, Canada and Mexico. Jim is also a
member of the Process Automation Division Corporate Executive
Counsel.
Jim Bolin holds a degree in electrical engineering from
Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Kent State University. He
and his wife, Carol, have been married since 1979 and have three
sons. Their oldest son is currently serving in the US Navy aboard
the USN Columbus, while their middle son is a senior at the
University of South Carolina studying international business.
Youngest son, Thomas, will graduate from high school in June of
2008.
When not flying
around the world for business, Jim can be found on the golf course
looking for his ball or in his woodshop creating saw dust. Jim was
elected to the MCAA Board in May 2006.
