MCAA Board of DirectorsMCAA is lead by a 12-person board which consists of four officers (Chairman, Vice Chairman and President together with the ex-officio Past Chairman) and eight at-large directors. The offices of Chairman and Vice chairman have a term of one year. At-large directors are elected to three-year terms. Elections are held at the Association’s annual meeting in May of each year and directors take office immediately upon election.
