MCAA Board of Directors

MCAA is lead by a 12-person board which consists of four officers (Chairman, Vice Chairman and President together with the ex-officio Past Chairman) and eight at-large directors. The offices of Chairman and Vice chairman have a term of one year. At-large directors are elected to three-year terms. Elections are held at the Association's annual business meeting in the fall of each year and directors take office in January of the following year. The Annual Business Meeting is held in a virtual format on the internet and telephone as may be required. Directors may also be elected by email ballot.
